By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
1.1 How to Place an Order

2.2 Shipping Costs & Coverage
- Global Free Shipping: Stusuy offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide—no minimum purchase required.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted logistics providers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local postal services) to deliver orders. The specific carrier will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking link to monitor your package’s status.
2.3 Shipping Addresses
- You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address (including apartment numbers, zip codes, and contact phone numbers). We are not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect address information.
- If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm a corrected address. Reshipping may be subject to additional processing time (but no extra shipping cost). If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund (minus any non-refundable customs fees, if applicable).
3. Returns & Exchanges

- Products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact).

3.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

3.3 Exchanges
Currently, Stusuy does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please initiate a return for the original item (per Section 3.2) and place a new order for the desired product separately. This ensures faster processing, as exchange timelines may be delayed by stock availability.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Eligibility & Timeline
- Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned package (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of confirmation. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
